Learn how to identify when you go into "automatic pilot" and become lost in thought. In those moments, we are often distracted by worries of the past and future and difficulties in our lives. Through awareness and practice, you will learn to stay in the moment, experience your body, mind and emotions and learn to accept discomfort without judgment or self-criticism.

This is an 8 week training course that meets weekly for 2 hours.
Course includes workbook and CD.

Orientation is free.
